If the pedals go down and no brakes check the orfice in the supply line fitting in the brake valve. remove the supply line at the brake valve and unscrew the fitting in the brake valve there is a small hole drilled in fitting to restrict the oil flow. check to make sure the hole is clear. Try to hold the fitting with the line side up after removing so you don't let the oil and foreign particle fall out till you can look into it.then blow out the fitting to clean.
