I can't think of a reason to change now. I may be inevitable that we'll have to change at some point. My computer downloaded W10 a while back without my permission. It slowed my 2 year old laptop down so much that it was almost unusable so I went back to 8.1. It was also saying that I would have to pay for some things that came with 8.1 for free. I'll hold out as long as I can.
