O'Reilly bought out the regional Murray's Auto Parts chain several years ago. Murray's wasn't that great, but O'Reilly seemed to be a step down. That said, I usually go to O'Reilly rather than Auto Zone or Advance, which are all in the same area. The local NAPA store closed a year or so ago; it was fairly good.
I find myself going to Auto Zone more often these days; the parts quality and selection aren't all that great but the staff at our local store is very helpful.
