I have bought from O'Reillys for several years. Not as my first call though. I just ended a 25 year relationship with Advance Auto. Painful break up as they were my first call. They had great commercial counter people . Knew their stuff ,bent over backwards for me. New manager, not from automotive field , new CEO , used to be at Best Buy . Things went down hill after they bought out CarQuest. Cut staffing,cut hours etc. Numbers game , go figure. Tried to make it work but told commercial accounts manager I'm not here to train your counter people. downhill from there. SO , O'reillys step it up , sent commercial manager over for chit chat , got me signed up on "First call" I can look up and order parts online, ticket printed soon as I hit enter and its delivered fast . I can check pricing , availability etc. Store is only as good as the people running it. They have great manager and good counter people.
