As was said,a Turbo M is NOT 'stock'...Since you don't want to go "into the engine",about all yu can do is to give a good complete 'tuneup',make sure EVERYTHING is up to snuff.Tweak the governor a bit.Be aware that 10% over is the legal overspeed limit(Some events test this).If you still want more,then you have to go into the engine.That means MONEY.Then you may get bumped into the modifyed classes.Go down to tractor pulling board and ask there.Once you get more 'ponies' then you need to get them to the ground. Too much power and all you do is spin.A good balance is where you spin out just before you run out of power.
