It is a case of "to each his own".We have been doing it since 1964(except late 70s-early 90s)and maybe close to 200,000 mi.or better, 98% or better has not been in crowded campgrounds or areas.Yes a camper cost money,but we have had some 5-10,000 mi.trips and never spent $100.00 total on stays,plus you had your own bed and food and privacy. This India hotel thing is making a camper look better every day.Plus it is great for 4H and other like things,some tractor and farm shows,might only be a few other campers.I truly respect anyone who doesn't like a camper,but that is what makes it nice for every one to enjoy our lives as we please.
