I think you will be ok for planting with 36 inch rows, although it will get pretty tight if you go back in the patch later to cultivate or spray. As it is set up right now you will only have about 4 inches of clearance on each side between the row and the rear tires. On the outsides of the tires, you will have 20 inches of clearance on each side.
If you narrow the planter down to 30 inch rows, then you will have about 7 inches of clearance inside and 11 on the outside. that will make it better for you if you spray or cultivate.
