I have used the BBB online a couple of times and highly recommend it . When you get jacked around and told they cant do anything then file a complaint with the BBB you would be amazed how quickly the company butt kisser gets ahold of you and tries to make you happy. One time was with Verizon , possibly the worst customer service I have ever had on multiple occasions finally had enough . Man did they change their tune in a hurry . The most effective tool I have found when dealing with "tools" from corporate America.
