A couple of times. Had health insurance one time that didn't want to pay when the youngest boy was born. The agent kept saying he'd take care of it. I took the policy and showed it to the hospital administrator,he said I was covered. Every contact with anybody else at the company said they wouldn't pay it. I turned them in to the BBB,they paid the claim in ten days.
Then I had a Lazy Boy recliner that I'd bought at a local store. The heat and vibrate quit working while it was under warrantee. The wife took it in and they said it only covered parts, not labor. She told them to fix it. We went and got it when they said it was done. The vibrate worked, but the heat didn't. The store said they'd have to order the part. We started getting billed for the labor on the labor for the vibrate. We called them every time we got a bill and told them, fix the heat and we'll pay the bill. This went on for a year. Every month,a bill. Every month a phone call. Every month, somebody would say "I didn't know. We'll order the part.". After a year,I gave up and called the BBB. They never did finish fixing it,but we never got another bill.
