It worked well, nice early season greens ! They're a staple in my diet, I'll take garden grown any day, but the organic store bought spring greens are pretty good, either or they'll keep you healthy. I have 1/2 a red bell pepper daily with mine, some cuke slices, tomatoes, the red bell pepper gives you good dose of vitamin C. I was surprised that I could find all this organically at the local store. Even the small grape tomatoes are actually good, not as good as the garden but not terrible like other store bought ones I've had. I'm not an enviro or health nut, just like to have at least one healthy meal a day, I don't care for the pesticides/insecticides on my garden produce. I'm envious of those greens you have there LOL !
