Greetings, my apologies if this is posted in the wrong area. The organization I work for recently acquired a piece of land in Pultneyville, NY on Lake Ontario. There are 4 old structures on this property that have some neat pieces in them. This farm has been in the same family for 200 years.
I have attached a few photos of one piece of antique farm equipment that I am hoping to learn more about. The painted label says John Bean Mfg. Co. and I have been told it is a potato harvester. Can anyone confirm this or suggest resources I should look at to find more information on it?
