Your right on Spot. I would like to see any stick built home travel from where it was built & hauled to a factory to get checked out. I can walk in between the ceiling joyce's on top for the R38 insulation on stranboard/ply wood in the attic R38. That is Glued to all the framing lumber drywall attached to it 2x6 roof truss's 4/12 pitch 16" centers & walls R19 & R19 floor insulation on 2x12 floor joyce. After 35 years I cannot complain 22.5K.
