The 3616 was and industrial tractor , usually in a loader or loader backhoe set up. I believe they had the same engine as a 460 did the D236 , they also came in a Hydro trans. Now as to H P i would guess around 48-50 hp and built back in the mid to late 60's maybe into the early seventy's . As a backhoe they were not really good , sorta like a 3414 not a bunch of digging power bad brakes weak trunnion points on the hoe swing . I H was trying to run with the big dogs in backhoes of the time and fell short .
