I know it is not legal to use in Ohio and Kentucky, and you were supposed to turn in any that you had on hand,, I still have about 30 lbs. of it,,Yes I know I'm a criminal, but it works good. We use to cut the side of a gallon milk jug out and thread our belt through the handle,, and walk with it as we checked the cows each day,, sprinkling a dab on the roses as we walked,, after a while we had them under control. But they are a problem for sure, and grubbing them out only seems to make them spread,,chemical warfare is the best way to deal with them..
