We spent a couple of night in a hotel this weekend. My wife use to make a big deal about turning in the little plastic key cards. She would ask for mine, or look in the car and turn em all in.
Other day I saw her running her key card through the shredder.
Said she hear where it has all your credit card, address, phone, etc on it and anyone could scan it and get it all
I am sure the clerks behind the counter have it all as well.
And this entire hotel was manned by some very suntanned folks. Very comforting.
