Parts shouldn't be too much of a problem. As far as the brakes, you'll be time, money and safety ahead to replace EVERYTHING that can leak, rust, pit or clog! The wheel cylinders and master cylinder will have casting numbers that can be crossed for replacements.
Something I recently discovered, for brake fluid, go back with DOT 5 silicone fluid. It is fully compatible with all rubber seals and hoses. The advantage is it does not absorb moisture, and is ideal for show vehicles that do a lot of sitting. But, it requires a clean system, will not mix with other fluids.
