Does it have a lock button inside the door at the top rear or on the side above the arm rest. Get your fingers in where the door at the top rear closes against the roof. Find your plastic splitting wedge or a wood door shim or two. Pull the door out and shim it out far enough to stick your tool of choice in, 3/16 rod, stiff wire, yard stick with a short nail in the end. Have a helper give directions from the other window.. like Red Green says, any tool can be the right tool.
