If you can't get it out I would not worry much. It will melt and go out the exhaust. Years ago I replaced the head gasket on a 3010 and put paper towels in the intake manifold to keep dirt out.They fell in and I forgot to remove them.The tractor started and ran fine but seemed a little under powered and then all kinds of sparks and little burning pieces cam out the muffler for a little while then everything was fine.Not what I recommend but did not hurt anything.
