I've used the term "tranny" on occasion myself, even though I know better. But when they start talking about "gennies" and "dizzies" is when I go crazy!
Regarding Ramblers, my folks had a 1960 4 door sedan for a while. It was pink! I drove it to high school in my senior year till it spun a bearing. The front seat backs would recline all the way back, turning the whole car into a bed. We used to make a lot of jokes about that in school! In reality, I wasn't even dating anyone at the time.
