i bought a 1970 MG MIDGET in2015 that had been parked since 1985, when i pulled the drain plug nothing came out, the stick showed oil about the color of mazzola cooking oil,looked new so i pushed a rod into the drain, it came out like road tar, the black had all settled out and was the consistancy of warm road tar. that was a new one for me
