We held our first one here last fall. I was not concerned about liability,but you could ^hire^ participants for one dollar a day and they would be treated as custom work on your farm. Then, ask them to donate an item to a local food bank. We plowed last fall after the crop was off and had to reschedule to our rain day. Word of mouth brought about 20 participants, it was stressed as a non competitive fun day. Fellows in the area take turns hosting, some years it does not work out, but we do have our tractor drive as well. Ben
