How much movement do you have in your governor shaft and the throttle shaft. A little bit of movement in both can add up to a lot of slop in something that needs to stay put. When you go to high throttle, do you have any resistance on your throttle or governor linkage? Also, you might try to post your questions on the Oliver forum. Looks like there are several guys on there with Super 55 questions.
