Similar accident in Green Bay Wisconsin about 10 years ago. Drunk in a Porsche Boxter in excess of 80 MPH took out a car with two waitresses just getting off shift from a Texas Road House. Wisconsin reacted a little differently and the lady driving the Boxter will be in jail for a while longer. Only thing I can suggest is an upstart campaign against the D.A. and the Judge if he's an elected official. Mayb i'm a bit naive but if our local elected officials aren't toting the line elect some that will.
