ztrmower: I worked on the other side of the table at JD dealerships for right at 25 years. I know the business on the other side. That is the issue. The Company JD has a whole bunch of managers that have never lived through a down turn like the 1980s. The older guys have retired. The new guys have been selling equipment like hot cakes. So they do not under stand how deep this down turn can get to be. I can well remember time at the dealership where YOU loved a parts only guy that paid his bill on time. I will take 25% profit on parts all day long.
