Just got done with fed .now that was an education. Basically the prison official was opening an inmates mail . He had a public defender who didn't graduate at the top of the class and was poorly informed . The judge was super it started with 20 jury members and final count was 8 it took 4 hours to do that. The trial was 6 hrs long. The prison gaurds were already found guilty of violating his first amendment rights . We were to decide if the punishment that he got was for complaining about the violation and if he deserved compensation. . The thing is does an inmate have the right to send letters complaining about bad treatment to his lawyer? Don't forget it's your right to free speech
