Finally got my taxes done, and trying to submit. Keep getting message that "We are unable to process your request at this time. If this problem persists contact technical support at 1-888-xxxx." Contacted them Saturday, talked with some barely literate call taker, she had me download program again, same result. Said they would call me within 24 hours. Didn't. Called them this morning, asked for supervisor, same routine, said this is a KNOWN ISSUE. Will call me in 24 to 48 hours. I can't stay in house for next 48 hours babysitting the phone and computer.
