I agree. You just have top take care of them. I bought it in Houston Tx in 2004 for $16,500 and my son thinks it is worth pretty close to that now. I have probably spent about $7000 in 12 years, much of it was not absolutely necessary. I put in full Banks set up, rebuilt trans when torque converter went out, flush and replaced the antifreeze, replaced hoses before they go out, new brake lines this year, some body work. That's about $50 per month for a truck that does a lot of very heavy hauling with a 32' 25,000# trailer.
