The Dr. told me about five years ago I needed shoulder surgery. He said I could try a cortizone shot and gave me some exercises to do daily for the time being. I went with the second option. I still do the exercises with the big rubber band thing he gave me and shoulder feels pretty good and doesn't bother me. It took a few months for it to feel allot better at first.
I seen allot of shoulder patients in therapy a year ago when I was their for a knee replacement therapy. Most of them were hurting trying to make it through their routine. Although it didn't appear that any of us was having a good time there. No pain, No gain is how it goes, I suppose.
