This guy proceeded to belittle my lack of knowledge in front of all the other customers. A couple of months later he came in the auto parts store where I worked. He had questions, really simple questions that told me he really didn't know which end of his car the gas went in. Perfect opportunity to grind him to dust....I didn't take it, I patiently answered his questions, took his money and hoped he learned something of superior customer service that day.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for �200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
