Just came back from Delmar to deliver my wife's coffee to her at work. Can't picture any place in Delmar that is doing what the article suggests. Delmar is a suburb of Albany. If this were the holy grail of farming, everyone would be into it. One could probably make more off from growing hops or marijuana and I would venture the guess that both are being grown in NYS with great profit. From what I can see, the Amish are not super farmers, just more tradition rooted farmers. In NYS, we still have many dairy farms that are small and turning a handsome profit for those willing to work hard and not feel the need to buy more expensive new equipment than they really need.
