I never thought I'd be one of the folks on here asking for support from this great bunch of folks. Our son reached a low in depression/over whelmed by events where he was living and tried to slash one of his wrists, realized it wasn't the solution and drove himself to an ER where they stitched him up. It wasn't too bad of a wound, because his car was spotless when we got it, so I think he knew he'd gone the wrong route. He was transferred to a local hospital, then later that day taken to a psychiatric unit. He's getting good help so far and has agreed to meds to help him. I've never felt so lost in my life, my wife and daughter are equally stunned. Keep us in your prayers and I'll update you when I can!! Thanks, guys and y'all have a very Merry Christmas!!
