Larry you will get a lot of use out of that building now that you have tightened it up some. Look for a nice space heater an burn K-1 in it and you can work pretty comfortably anything of the year in there.
You may not like or have much experience with mechanical stuff but your gardening/masonry/carpentry skills pass most of us on this site. So don't think your skill set is shorter than any of the rest of us. It is just different.
