Interesting where some people get their handles. I was amused by Two Dogs. Used to deal with a guy who ran a decent sized company, his email address was "wood eye". When I asked him, sure enough he told me about the one-eyed boy at the dance. Said when he first got email he didn't think it would last and thought the joke was funny.
