We're lucky we have great propane company. I have my own 500 gal tank and they maintain the regulator and have replaced the gauge for me at no charge. I had another tank but move it to a farm I bought and sold the house. Nothing but grief with that propane company. They came and go the tank after the auction when I bought it then tried to claim my tank. Mine came from an oil producer that used to move them around lease to lease when gas ran out but they finally got all their leases onto electric.
