Sometimes I think its how big of a customer you are. We bought a Kubota from a very large multi store dealer that covers ind and Ky that happens to be a lil south of your dealer. About a month into mowing season the gearbox on the mower deck went out. Took over 6 weeks to get it back. They would not give us anything to use in the mean time. I think its a lot to do that we run all deere farm equipment and there not worried bout it. Next time were going to a small dealer that is about 20 miles south of your dealer if you know who I mean.
