Folks, I have been around the mountain many times and I find that MF/AGCO customer service/warranty support nears the bottom of the barrel.
For those who are skeptical, I was a design engineer for GM for many years and did warranty analysis for several years before leaving GM voluntarily to attent law school.
Details are not necessary at this time (This is a long story (well documented) during which I have given both MF/AGCO and my dealer multiple chances (my fault) yet I continued to be treated unfairly.) but both AGCO and Fraley Truck and Implement Sales (Rushville and Versailles, IN) need to treat their customers better unless they all wish to look for jobs in the foreseeable furture.
FWIW: I bought two new Kubota tractors this past month to replace the two MF tractors that I should have known better than buying. I do not expect to have trouble with the Kubotas.
Buyer beware. Wake up, folks, the world has changed.
