Thought someone might have seen this behavior before and can provide input.
My 3 cylinder diesel quit and the engine was hot. I let it cool down and tried to restart but it will not turn. Oil level is good. I pulled the injectors, put in lubricant. Also tried pulling the tractor in top gear, but wheels would not turn. I can pull it is neutral so not a transmission issue.
When trying to start it, the fan rotates 2-3 degrees on each start. So, the engine is slowly turning, but it seems something is stopping it from turning over.
