Ok so I have a friend who has this machine. The starter solenoid seems to be sort of chattering as in when he tries to start it up the engine will sort of turn over just very slow and if you hold your hand on the solenoid it seems to be clicking in and out. I did put a volt meter on the 2 batteries and both read right at 12 volts which tells me they need charged and or replaced. Am I think right on this. I did check the cable connections and they where a bit loose but I tighten them up and still the chattering solenoid. We had this starter and solenoid rebuilt/replaced this summer so not likely to be a starter problem but to me I think a weak battery problem. 24 volt system by the way Thanks
