As far as resale not having 4x4 will likely kill the sale of it. Or at least take a really, really long time to sell and at a way discounted price. A 4x4 with hydro and a loader is a very nice set up.
The hydro ? if someone actually wanted to do some tillage work like plowing or discing may not hold up ? I don't know how stout those are ?
