The VAWT is a Mariah Windspire. The Nevada based company did everything wright, but were plagued with inverter problems, and installations in poor locations by novis installers. They were a 1.2K unit at 400rpm. and delivered 120AC power to your fuse panal, and required a net meter for your elecric servuce entrance. During a power outage you needed to disconect from your power company and run off a batt pack with inverter system. The company eventually went bankrupt. No parts or service. The third inverter failed in this one and it is no longer functioning. Loren
