With all due respect... you say you're going down the road to the neighbors place and leaving the tractor there over night, etc... That right there says to me that at minimum you need PLPD for when you're on the road and general liability insurance should something take place to cause harm on the neighbors property by your hand... or some thief steals your tractor and does harm with your tractor. My next concern would be fire/loss insurance on the tractor. Theft would be my last concern quite honestly but it generally doesn't cost a lot to add. IIRC, we pay about $3.50/1000 of insured value for loss coverage on our gear for an all perils type of policy. Liability is in addition to that. Again, liability would be my primary concern...
