Harold Purvis had a one row Frail chopper that he pulled with a 400 Farmall, Charlie Pryor brought a Super 77 and wagon with a hoist under it, dad had a Super H with two wagons, one with a hoist and one with a false end-gate. Harold cut, dad, (Arlen Mitchell), and Charlie hauled and dumped, and grandpa packed with his 460 and blade. All 3 had pit silos at the time. Meanwhile the wives got together and cooked up a genuine FEAST for dinner (noon) every day. Yup, those were good times to live and grow up in. gm
