It is hard to predict, we are finding a lot of mechanical mistakes. Most construction schedules are based on everything being correct the first time and no issues. I do not think I have ever seen that in the 30 years I have been doing this. I was in the process equipment construction business for a couple of years, and almost went broke. This equipment was constructed by the OEM at their facility, shipped and expected to be correct. I am paid per day by the customer, so they request me to be there and I show up. I could stand around and get paid, or go home do everyone a favor and work on other projects.
