You might be in for even more headaches. I might be wrong, but I don't think a Chevy V8 will fit between the frame rails of an H. You need an M for a swap of that nature.
Oh, and if you CAN make it fit, you'll need to use the flywheel from the H, so you can use the original H starter. No way will the Chevy starter fit.
