Hey all, I need some help please. The pto drive on my ford 9700 will not come on when the lever is engaged. Lever working fine. I know that the hi/lo and the pto are on the same hydraulic line. I can get the pto to come on if I play with the hi/lo pedal on the deck by getting it in between hi and lo, but it will stay on high for a bit and die off. Seems like I am not getting enough pressure to the pto. I did change both of the filters and in the larger upright filter manifold/ duct there were pieces of rubber gasket (not O ring)jammed in the spring loaded outlet valve. Are there any in line screen filters that may be clogged before I get into cracking this thing open? Would a weak piggyback pump cause these symptoms and if so, where could I test the pressure from pump? Thanks to all who can help!
