Even if you restored it - it's going to look like that in a few years anyways.
Depends of course on your definitely of "restore" - perhaps you mean "rebuild" - THAT might be worth doing. Fresh cylinders/rings/seals, etc.
Either way - it's going to cost you $1500 - $2000 for full a restore - doing it yourself, using middle of the road paint. At that price, you'd be better off tucking this one away and buying a restored tractor if you want something shiny.
Then you'll have two tractors, and I think you'll find that most here will agree that two tractors is three times better than having one.
