I just buy reds any more. Taste great and the other day read an article about reds vs whites. Didn't know the arthur but the line made sense. Something about whites that's not in reds that your body doesn't like. I do buy OreIda frozen fast food f. fries however when I'm frying catfish and hush puppies and all the trimmings. I saw a video on how these guys are made and really liked it. They fry up good and crisp and don't taste mealy, something I don't like in a ff.
