I may be making a few changes and may sell some equipment and real estate. Not enough to have an auction. What I want to avoid is spending all kind of time with deadbeats, lowball offers, owner finance, trades (you get the picture). I realize the seller has to make some jester to show the items. A buyer will want to try out a bulldozer see a baler work etc. Anyway give me your thought or ideas should I choose to proceed. And on real estate would a broker be better????
