I sell on ebay and have learned to bite the bullet as to the customer is always right. However your return policy was spelled out before the auction. He should never have even asked for a return if you had a no return policy. So if it was me I would deny the return [ although I allow all returns uo to 14 days] . Your return policy was clearly stated before the auction . If you feel that you may risk bad feedback ; it would be erased by ebay as you had a clear No Return policy.
