I work in an auto parts warehouse, and deal with many returns of all kinds. Been doing it for over 30 years. In addition, I've bought a lot of junk on e-bay, and sold a little. My take on it is this: This guy probably wouldn't have gone through the bother of getting it online and paying for it if he didn't think it would work. Obviously he has a problem with it. If he is paying the shipping both ways, and you get it back in the same condition you sent it, give him his money back. You can sell it again to someone else. He's already out the time and shipping, and I doubt he did it all just to aggravate you, and waste both your time on the transaction. Wait till you get it back, and refund his money.
